We are giving our platform a new name that more accurately reflects its functional scope, complemented by a new logo and a modernized color palette.printformer is now risscore. This name change marks our evolution from a Web-to-Print tool to a Channel Media Refinery — a scalable platform for preparing content for both print and digital channels. (All existing features remain available as usual.)
Bulk Upload added: Now supports the simultaneous upload of multiple InDesign ZIP packages via drag-and-drop or file selection.
Automatic placement of multi-page PDFs: The new "Content Group" feature enables the automatic distribution of multi-page PDFs to predefined placeholders in the editor based on configurable attribute assignments.
Expanded Preflight features: Colors are now extracted from the PDF file and clearly displayed next to the page, enabling direct color selection for additional design elements.
Smart PDF Preview via API: Real-time document checks for perfect print results. Specifications such as document size, binding, and color space are now transferred directly via API, allowing customers to check their PDFs against these requirements in real-time:
Live Visualization: Immediate display of the selected configuration.
Flexible Scaling: Documents can be adjusted directly in the viewer and checked live without delay.
API Update: File identifiers from the
/api-ext/fileendpoint can now be seamlessly passed during draft creation. This allows asset blocks in the editor to be automatically populated with the uploaded content.Automatic hyphenation [Beta]: This feature is now available to activate via the "Experimental" settings. Once activated, both existing and new text will be automatically hyphenated according to the selected presets.
